摘要
综述了近年来1-MCP对采后果实生理和品质影响的研究进展,并阐述了几种影响1-MCP效应的因素;简要介绍了国内外1-MCP应用和发展现状,对调控果实采后生理和品质的方法提出了新的思路.
The latest research progress of effects of 1-MCP on postharvest physiology and quality of fruit was reviewed,and some factors that can affect effects of 1-MCP was described.Application and development status of 1-MCP at home and abroad was also introduced.New thoughts of methods that can regulate postharvest physiology and quality of fruit are put forward.
