摘要
传统文化资源则是指历史形成的,对区域社会政治、经济进步起过重要作用,现在仍然具有一定社会价值的文化存在。作为国家历史文化名城,聊城市具有丰富在传统文化资源,在传统文化资源的开发利用方面取得了较大的成绩,但从全国的视角会发现聊城优秀传统文化的开发仍然存在不足,表现为:(1)资源尚未形成产业优势;(2)产业品牌尚未打响;(3)产业结构不太合理;(4)文化创新型人才紧缺。为此,提出以下对策:1)深度挖掘聊城市文化资源及其价值;2)科学分类,组建文化模式;3)打造文化产业;4)打造特色文化品牌;5)引进培养高素质专业人才;6)搞好宣传推介。
Traditional cultural resources are those that formed historical era,having positive function to development of social politics and economy,and have played important role so far.As one of Chinese famous cities of history and culture,Liaocheng is abundant in traditional cultural resources.Protection and exploitation these resources will harmonize the development of regional economy and environment protection.Though there are some achievements in Liaocheng traditional culture protection and exploitation,there are some shortcomings existing.First of all,traditional cultural industry is in its initial stage;secondly,there is less famous brands of traditional culture;thirdly,the industrial compositions are irrational;lastly,more persons with ability is bad needed.The countermeasures including exploiting the value of cultural resources,forming cultural model of Liaocheng,promoting cultural industry,creation cultural brand,fetching in and bring up persons with cultural ability,and propagandizing are put forward.
