摘要
结合灌区农业用水过程及特点,提出了灌区农业用水效率评价指标体系,确定了评价等级与单因素评价标准。在此基础上,结合模糊物元分析理论,以农业用水效率的各评价等级为物元的事物,给出了各指标对不同等级的改进的隶属度函数,以此来确定复合模糊物元,通过计算与理想物元之间的加权海明贴近度来计算综合评价等级,由此形成了确定灌区农业用水效率等级的改进的模糊物元模型。该模型能够较好地处理多等级评价问题中的极端值问题和等级过渡问题,以天津市的唯一大型灌区-里自沽灌区为例进行实例应用。结果表明:灌区农业用水灌溉效率呈逐年提高趋势,2001~2004年低于中等水平,2005~2008年超过中等水平,与灌区实际情况吻合很好,验证了改进模型的合理性。
According to the characteristic of irrigation water using process,the index system,evaluation grades and evaluation standard for each index of irrigation water use efficiency evaluation were proposed.On this basis,according to fuzzy matter-element theory,regarding each evaluation grade as the elements of fuzzy matter-element model,the improved membership function for each evaluation grade was suggested,using which the compound fuzzy matter-element was determined.By calculating Hamming approach degree between the calculating matter-element and the ideal matter-element,the grade was derived.The above steps composed the improved fuzzy matter-element model which were used for irrigation water use efficiency evaluation,and can well deal with the extreme value problem in multi-grade evaluation.Taking Lizigu irrigation area as a case,it was applied to the actual evaluation problem.The results showed that the irrigation water use efficiency was increasing year by year,from 2001 to 2004 it was lower than the medium level,from 2005 to 2008 it was over the medium level,which was consist with the actual situation and verified the rationality of the improved model.
