摘要
目的:建立清热解毒口服液中指标性成分栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),以甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1检测波长238nm。结果:栀子苷的线性范围为0.20～1.81μg,平均回收率为98.60%(n=6),RSD为1.39%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、重现性好,适用于清热解毒口服液的质量控制。
Objective：To develop RP - HPLC methods for determination of the content of main intergradient geni- poside in Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution. Methods：Geniposide was separated on an RP C18 eolumn（5μm,4. 6mm × 200mm） and the flow rate were 1.0 mL · min^- 1. In the determination of deniposide, aeetonitrile - water（25：75 ） was rsed as mobile phase ,with the detect wavelength at 238nm. Results： The linear ranges was 0. 20 -1.81 μg for geniposide. The mean recoveries was 98.60% with the corresponding RSD 1.39% for geniposide. Conclusions：The methods are simple, sensitive, and reproducible.
