柳笛气管导管结合LED光棒急救插管系统的研制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究一种平时常规应用,战时方便使用的气管插管系统。方法:采用医用塑料聚乙烯、聚丙烯、医用橡胶、金属导丝、LED光源及其工作装置组成直接插管的气管导管和光棒系统。结果:使用该插管系统,对体位要求低,不需要喉镜辅助窥喉,可以方便、快速地进行气管插管,提高伤病员的救治成功率。结论:该气管插管系统结构巧、体积小、质量小、操作简单、便于携带,适合平时、战时卫生分队及战现场急救。 Objective To research on a set of intubation system,applied both in daily routine and wartime.Methods The system of trachea and light wand of direct intubation was made by adopting medical plastic polyethylene,polypropylene,medical rubber,wire guide,LED light and working device,which was simple and could accomplish the work speedily and guarantee the ventilation for the patients.Results It improved the treatment of patients by using this system as it would save time to increase the rate of survival.Conclusion This system is convenient,easily operated fast and fast to carry out the task,lower request for the body posture,and no need for the aid of laryngoscope.It is suitable for daily routine and war time on-site first-aid.
