摘要
建立全国各地区的信息服务业竞争优势的评价指标体系,利用加权主成分TOPSIS价值函数模型的方法对2008年全国各地区信息服务业的水平进行综合评价,得出沿海地区信息服务业优势明显,而中西部地区稍显落后的结论,并对中西部地区的信息服务业发展提出政策性建议。
This paper establishes an index system evaluation of information service industry among all regions, then uses weighted principal components TOPSIS valuation function model to get a comprehensive evaluation analysis on the competitive advantage of information service industry among all regions in China in 2008. Finally, it gets the result that the competitive advantage of the information service industry of the developed coastal areas is much bigger than those central and western regions, and it also gives some policy suggestions towards the development of information service industry of the central and western areas.
