摘要
对组织公民行为的影响研究大多是从个体属性的角度进行,鲜有从人际关系的角度展开。本文研究员工组织内部不同类型的社会网络中心性对组织公民行为的影响。研究发现:情感网络程度中心性对员工个体的组织公民行为有积极影响;情感网络中介中心性对组织公民行为存在负向影响;咨询网络程度中心性对自我发展和积极主动有负向影响,对帮助同事和人际和谐有正向影响;咨询网络中介中心性对帮助同事和人际和谐有负向影响,对自我发展和积极主动有正向影响。
Numerous studies on organizational citizenship behavior are carried out from the views of individual personalities or demographical variables,rather than that of the interpersonal relationship.This paper explores the influences of centralities of individual social network within an organization on their organizational citizenship behaviors.The study comes to the following conclusions:First,the degree centrality of the affectivity network has positive effect on organization citizenship behavior while the betweenness centrality of the affectivity network has negative effect on it.Second,the degree centrality of the advisory network has negative effect on self development and taking initiative while it has positive effect on helping coworkers and interpersonal harmony.By contrast,the betweenness centrality of the advisory network is just the opposite.
