臀部微囊性皮肤附属器癌1例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男性,69岁。左侧臀部肿物40年,无任何不适,近期生长快,手术切除送检,临床诊断：脂肪瘤。病理检查巨检：带皮肿物,大小为4 cm×2.5 cm×2cm,皮肤薄,皮面平滑,切面实性细腻,灰白色、质地脆,无边界。镜检：肿瘤位于表皮下,侵及皮下组织,组织结构复杂多样,形成片块状的基底样细胞以及腺管样、巢团状结构（图1-3）,巢团之间为宽窄不一的纤维间隔,瘤细胞界限不清,
