摘要
目的:通过分析PCNA和p53蛋白在癌组织和癌旁不同距离组织中的差异表达,探讨原发性肝癌手术切缘的分子边界。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法研究51例原发性肝癌和癌旁不同距离组织(距离肿瘤1、2、3cm)中PCNA和p53蛋白的表达情况。结果:PCNA和p53蛋白在原发性肝癌和癌旁不同距离组织中的表达呈现逐渐减弱的趋势,其递减表达差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:PCNA和p53蛋白在原发性肝癌和癌旁不同距离组织中趋势性差异表达,原发性肝癌手术切缘组织中存在分子边界。
Objective:To investigate molecular boundary of surgical margin in primary liver cancer through the analysis of differential expression of PCNA and p53 protein in cancer tissue and adjacent tissues of different distances.Methods:PCNA and p53 protein expressions of 51 primary liver cancer and adjacent tissues at different distances(from the tumor 1,2,3 cm) were studied by immunohistochemistry.Results:PCNA and p53 protein expressions of primary liver cancer and adjacent tissues at different distances showed a gradual weakening trend,that were statistically significant(P all 0.05).Conclusions:PCNA and p53 protein in primary liver cancer and adjacent tissues were the trend of differential expressions.Resection margin of molecular exists in primary liver cancer indeed.
