摘要
运用有限元与多体系统理论,研究分析了车辆多体系统中弹性体的运动学方程,以及用有限元方法表述多体系统中弹性体特征信息的方法。在合理模拟各种因素的基础上建立了刚柔耦合的一专用车辆系统动力学模型,并详细计算分析了该种车辆系统的结构振动特性,以及运行速度等对车辆结构振动特性的影响,同时与实验结果做了比较。结果表明,在参考点处计算平均值最大误差仅为3.77%。上述分析方法能使车辆多体系统的计算规模大为降低,同时又能保证结果的准确性,精度高而可靠,能满足工程系统结构振动分析的需要。
By use of theories of finite element and multibody system,the kinematics description of elastic body in vehicle multibody system was studied.And the method presenting the character information of elastic body in multibody system with finite element means and applying the information in multibody system was also studied.Based on above analysis and many concerned factors correctly simulated,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of one special vehicle system was established to study its structural vibration features.At the same time the influence of running velocity on its structural vibration features was also researched to compare with the testing result.Results show that the maximum of mean relative errors on selected points is 3.77 per cent.The method presented here can greatly reduce the calculation of vehicle multibody system and ensure the precision of solution simultaneously,which has high precision and reliability to meet the analysis of structural vibration in engineering system.
