摘要 血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)是一类很重要的淋巴管生成因子,与其受体结合后,促使淋巴管内皮细胞的生长、增殖和迁移,促进淋巴管的生成,最终导致肿瘤淋巴管转移。本文就VEGF-C与宫颈癌临床分期、淋巴结转移和预后的关系的研究现状做一综述。 Vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) is a kind of very important lymphatic generation factor.Binding with its receptors,VEGF-C promotes lymphatic endothelial cell proliferating and metastasizing,and promotes lymphatic generating,which eventually led to the tumor lymphangitic spread.This article reviews the recent advances of VEGF-C on current status of cervical cancer clinical stages,lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
