摘要
目的:研究胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance IR)对大鼠心肌组织Apelin表达的影响。方法:16只雄性SD大鼠随机分两组:IR组和对照组,每组8只。IR组:喂高脂饲料;对照组:喂基础饲料。14周后,判断IR造模成功,取心肌组织进行Apelin免疫组化染色,测定平均光密度值。结果:胰岛素抵抗组Apelin平均光密度值高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:①大鼠心肌组织存在Apelin表达。②在胰岛素抵抗大鼠中,心肌组织Apelin代偿性表达增加,推测Apelin可能参与了胰岛素抵抗的发生,对心脏发挥保护性作用。
Objective:To study the relationship between insulin resistance(IR) and the expression of Apelin in the myocardial tissue of rats.Method: 16 male SD rats randomly divided into two groups: IR group,,the control group(n= 8).IR group:fed with high fat diet.control group: given basic diet.After 14 weeks,judging the IR modeling is successful,The the Apelin average optical density of Apelin were tested with immunohistochemistry method in the myocardium of rats.Results: compared with the control group,Apelin average optical density in insulin resistance group was increased,P0.05,significant difference.Conlusion:there are the expression of Apelin in the myocardium of rats.the expression of Apelin was increased in insulin resistant rats.Apelin may be involved in the occurrence of insulin resistance to protect the heart.
