摘要
采用玻璃状熔块法制样,选用标准样品及氧化铜、三氧化二铬、三氧化二镓等金属氧化物制作工作曲线,并以经验α系数和散射线内标法校正元素谱线重叠干扰和基体效应,用X射线荧光光谱法对铝土矿样品中的三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、三氧化二铁、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钾、氧化钠、氧化锰、五氧化二磷、二氧化钛、镓、铜和铬等13种主次组分及痕量元素进行测定,分析结果与认定值相符,对同一标准样品测定12次,各组分测定值的相对标准偏差在0.13%~9.6%之间。
Major and minor components (i. e. , Al2O3, SiO2, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, K2O, Na2O, MnO, P2O3 and TiO2) as well as 3 trace elements (i. e. , Ga, Cu and Cr) in bauxites were determined by XRFS. The glassy melt of bauxite sample was obtained by fusion, and standard working curves were prepared by using CRM's and pure metal oxides of CuO, Cr2 O3, Ga3 O3 etc. Interferences due to matirx effects and overlapping of spectral lines were overcomed by the methods of mcoefficient and of using scattering line as internal standard. Results of 10 components and 3 trace elements found by the present method were found to check quite well with the certified values. Twelve glassy melts prepared from a same CRM of bauxite and the 13 components were determined by the present method, values of RSD's found were in the range of 0. 13%-9.6%.
