摘要
目的:了解我院住院肿瘤患者万古霉素的使用情况,以促进其在肿瘤患者中的合理使用。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,提取2010年我院住院患者使用万古霉素的所有病案25份,记录相关信息,进行综合统计分析。结果:2010年我院共25例肿瘤患者应用了万古霉素,全部为治疗用药,平均用药6.48 d,无明显不良反应发生。结论:应加大力度执行《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,对万古霉素采取特殊药品使用限制措施,严格用药指征,减少经验用药,使其在肿瘤患者中的使用更加安全、合理、有效。
Objective： To analyze the use of Vancomycin in our hospital, in order to promote the rational drug use in cancer patients. Methods： A retrospective survey was made in 25 patients who used Vancomycin in our hospital in 2010. All correlative data of these patients were reviewed and analyzed statistically. Results： A total of 25 patients used Vancomycin in 2010 for treatment purpose with the average treatment duration of 6.48 d. There was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion In order to improve safe, rational and effective use of Vancomycin, such measures should be taken as strongly carrying out Guidelines for Clinical Use of Antibiotics, taking restrictive measures on the use of special drugs for Vancomycin, restxicting the indication of Vancomycin and reducing the empirical use of Vancomycin.
