摘要
目的:评价科宝XS全自动尿有形成分分析仪对尿沉渣检测的可靠性。方法:用新鲜随机尿液对仪器进行批内精密度,线性,准确性,互染,稳定性等性能指标的测定。结果:高低批内精密度红细胞为0.42%,8.88%;白细胞为1.11%,6.29%;上皮细胞为17.75%,33.6%。红细胞在0～1 980个/μl线性范围内的相关系数为0.996 6;白细胞在1.32～2 349个/μl线性范围间的相关系数为0.999 8。经过人工修改后红细胞、白细胞及上皮细胞与金标准不离心定量镜检法相比Kappa值分别为0.929,0.850,0.926,互染结果良好,三者均小于1%。尿红细胞、白细胞稳定性CV分别为0.80%、0.996%,上皮细胞为17.21%。结论:科宝XS全自动尿液分析仪检测性能较好,且不需要离心,检测工作直观快速,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective： To evaluate the reliability of the test result on urinary formed elements by COMBI-SCAN XS automatic urine formed element analyzer.Methods： To measure the precision,linearity,accuracy,crossover,stability of COMBI-SCAN XS with fresh and random urine samples.Results： The intra-assay CV of RBC in high,and low value samples was： 0.42%,8.88% separately.They were 1.11%,6.29% for WBC;and 17.75%,33.6% for EP.The correlation coefficient of RBC was 0.996 6 with 0-1980 p/μl.The correlation coefficient of WBC is 0.999 8 with 1.32-234 9 p/μl.After the manual adjustment,the Kappa value was 0.929,0.850,0.926 respectively for RBC,WBC and EPI comparing with microscopic quantitation in uncentrifuged urines.The result of crossover was good and the value was less than 1% for red blood corpuscle,leukocyte and epithelial cell.The stability CV was 0.80% and 0.996% respectively for red blood corpuscle and leukocyte while the value is 17.21% for epithelial cell,which was a little bit below the average.Conclusion： COMB-SCAN XS urine analyzer is good in performance and does not need the centrifugation,which facilitate the efficiency and visibility in the measurement work and therefore provides values to the clinical application.
