摘要 以自制聚酯多元醇和过量的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯为原料进行预聚反应,合成含异氰酸酯端基的预聚体,再以二羟甲基丙酸为亲水剂,引入二元醇进行扩链反应,制备了水性聚氨酯。研究了残留-NCO含量及n-Nco/n—OH比值对乳液合成及性能的影响。研究认为:控制n-NCO/n—OH比值在2.0—2.5之间,残留一NCO含量在3.0%-3.5%之间时,制备的乳液性能最佳。 A NCO-terminated polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by self-made polyester polyol and excessive toluene diisocyanate ( TDI ), and then using dimethanol propionic acid ( DMPA ) as hydrophilic agent, waterborne polyurethane were synthesized by cross-linking reaction. The effects of residual -NCO content and n_Nco/n_oH ratio on the synthesis and properties of the emulsion were studied. The results showed that when n-NCO/n-OH ratio was between 2.0 and 2.5, and residual -NCO content was between 3.0%-3.5%, the properties of the emulsion were perfect.
