抗癌药雷替曲塞的研究进展 被引量：17

摘要 雷替曲塞是一种特异性胸苷酸合成酶（TS）抑制剂,它在细胞内代谢成多种聚合谷氨酸而发挥抗肿瘤作用。该药由Zeneca医药和肿瘤研究中心（UK）共同研发,自1996年以来,先后在英国、法国、澳大利亚、西班牙和加拿大等国上市,主要用于治疗晚期结直肠癌。2010年我国食品药品监督管理局也批准了雷替曲塞在我国使用，这使肿瘤科医生在治疗肿瘤时多了一种选择。现就雷替曲塞在治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展综述如下。
