摘要
目的:了解我院外科系统抗菌药物的使用情况,为制订我院抗菌药物临床应用管理办法提供依据。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,调出我院外科系统2011年2月份出院患者中212名手术患者的终末病历,对抗菌药物应用情况进行分类统计。结果:我院外科系统手术患者抗菌药物使用率为100%,212份病例中共使用了26种抗菌药物,其中联合用药率62.3%,手术预防用药时机不合理的占41%,抗菌药物的平均使用时间为8 d,平均每位患者抗菌药物总费用为1 609元,不合理费用为999元,不合理费用占总费用的百分比为62.1%。结论:我院外科系统抗菌药物存在一定的滥用情况,有必要规范抗菌药物的使用。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into use of antibiotics in surgical patients of our hospital so as to provide references for formulating management measures for the clinical use of antibiotics in our hospital.METHODS： In this retrospective study,the final medical records of 212 surgical patients who had been discharged from our hospital in Feb.2011 were reviewed for a statistical analysis regarding the use of antibiotics.RESULTS： The rate of antibiotics use in surgical patients of our hospital was 100%;26 antibiotics were used for 212 patients;the rate of combined use of antibiotics was 62.3%;41% had irrational administration time in preventive medication;the antibiotics were used for an average of 8 days;the average antibiotic cost per patient was 1 609 Yuan,of which,with an unreasonable cost of 999 Yuan（62.1%）.CONCLUSION： The antibiotics in surgical patients of our hospital was somewhat abused,thus it is necessary to standardize the use of antibiotics.
