摘要
运用等温热重技术,以二氧化碳为气化剂,考察不同气化温度(700℃,750℃,800℃,850℃,900℃,940℃)下,煤焦气化率随时间的变化。运用灰色理论及方法,建立煤焦气化率预测模型GM(1,1),预测结果与实验数据对比表明:该模型能够对不同气化温度下煤焦的气化率,进行较好的预测。此外,煤焦气化率为50%时,研究其800℃~850℃,850℃~900℃和900℃~940℃的动力学参数。结果表明,频率因子并不是常数,而是随活化能的增大而增大,表现出"补偿效应";lnA0(A0是频率因子)和Ea(活化能)之间有较好的线性关系。
The isothermal thermo-gravimetric analysis was used to study the gasification reaction characteristics of char in CO2 atmosphere under different temperatures(700 ℃,750 ℃,800 ℃,850 ℃,900 ℃,940 ℃).A grey forecasting model GM(1,1) was developed to predict the gasification rate of char,and the predicted results were good in agreement with experimental data.What's more,when the char gasification rate was 50%,this article analyzed the char gasification kinetics under different temperature span,which ranged from 800 ℃ to 940 ℃.The data showed: kinetic compensation relationship existed between the activation energy and frequency factor and the relation of lnA0(A0 is frequency factor) and E(the activation energy) is linearity.
