新生儿经上肢静脉与下肢静脉置入中心静脉导管的效果比较 被引量：5

摘要 目的:比较新生儿上肢静脉与下肢静脉置入中心静脉导管的效果。方法:对54例经上肢静脉及34例经下肢静脉置入中心静脉导管进行回顾性分析,比较两组导管留置时间、一次中心静脉的到位率和置管后并发症。结果:上肢静脉组导管一次到位率66.67%,下肢静脉组88.23%,两组比较有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);下肢静脉组静脉炎发生率高于上肢静脉组(P<0.05);两组导管留置时间和并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经下肢静脉置入中心静脉导管是安全、可靠、有效的。
