血清胱抑素C在早期肾脏损伤中的研究进展

摘要 急性肾脏损伤是临床中常见的重要问题,而肾脏损伤的早期诊断和治疗对逆转肾脏损伤至关重要。血清胱抑素C作为反映肾功能状况的一种新的内源性生物学标记,目前显示在反映早期肾脏损伤上明显优于传统肾功能检测指标,将对临床早期肾脏损伤的干预治疗产生重要意义。 Acute kidney injury is a major clinical problem, and the early diagnosis and treatment of kidney damage is essential for reversal of kidney injury. As a new endogenous biological marker reflecting early kidney injury, serum cystatin C is significantly better than the traditional indicators of renal function test and it will have an important significance in early clinical intervention of renal injury.
