摘要
目的探讨CT与MRI在颈椎损伤早期诊断中的应用。方法选取我院收治的60例颈椎损伤患者,回顾性分析其颈椎CT及MRI资料,并进行比较。结果 CT与MRI在颈椎损伤中各有优势,CT在椎弓骨折的显示方面有明显优势(P<0.05);MRI在脊髓损伤、椎旁软组织损伤、椎间盘损伤显示中有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论 CT与MRI的应用,对颈椎损伤的早期诊断具有重要意义,为治疗提供更多信息。
Objective To study the CT and MRI in the early diagnosis of cervical spine injury.Methods In our hospital,60 cases of patients with cervical spine injury,a retrospective analysis of the cervical spine CT and MRI data,and compare the.Results The CT and MRI in cervical spine injuries have an advantage each,CT in the vertebral arch fracture showed a clear advantage（P0.05）;MRI in spinal cord injury,paravertebral soft tissue damage,damage to the disc display has obvious advantage in（P0.05）.Conclusion CT and MRI application of cervical spine injury,early diagnosis is important for treatment,providing more information.
