摘要
介绍了环氧粉末外涂层在海底管道中的应用现状及其特点,对环氧粉末外涂层的涂敷工艺和增阻工艺进行了分析。分析结果表明,采用熔结环氧粉末外涂层+粘胶剂+聚乙烯颗粒的增阻工艺时,防腐层具有很强的抗剪切力,可以在海底管线中广泛应用。
Elaborated here in the paper are the current situation and characteristics of application of the external fusion bonded epoxy coating technique to submarine pipelines.And analyzed are the application process and the drag process associated with the said coating technique.As a result,it is demonstrated that in case of using the drag process of external fusion bonded epoxy coating + bonding agent + polyethylene particles,the anti-corrosion layer possesses very high shear force resistance,and is worth using widely for submarine pipeline purpose.
