摘要
本病例报告1例胸腺瘤引起的异位ACTH综合征,进行诊断思路的分析。该病例有典型库兴征临床特征,并出现血压、电解质、性激素、血糖异常及免疫低下。因皮质醇及ACTH异常升高,提示我们向异位ACTH病灶搜寻,发现肾上腺均匀增生及胸腺占位,行纵膈肿瘤切除术,病理证实胸腺瘤(倾向A型)。
Here report a case of ectopic ACTH syndrome due to thymoma,and analyze the diagnostic procedure.This case contains typical clinical feature of Cushing＇s syndrome with anomalism of pressure,electrolyte,gonadal hormone,blood glucose and hypoimmunity.Significant increasing of corticosteroid and ACTH prompt us to search ectopic oven,and then we find even hyperplasy of adrenal gland and neoplasm in the thymus.Biopsy confirms thymoma（tendency of type A） after resection of mediastinal neoplasm.
