一种制备Mg基非晶复合材料的差压压铸方法 被引量:1

Method of Preparing Mg-based Amorphous Composite Using Copper Mold Differential Pressure Casting

摘要 通过自主研制的差压压铸设备制备了CNTs-Mg基非晶复合材料,对制备的复合材料进行XRD标识,发现基体仍保持非晶态。同时对其微观结构、压缩性能、断裂韧性及断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,CNTs与非晶基体结合良好,没有明显破坏基体的非晶形成能力和热稳定性能。CNTs的加入提高了非晶基体的强度和断裂韧性,与纯非晶合金相比,复合材料的断裂强度提高了24%,断裂韧性提高了35%,断口出现很多韧窝结构。 Using independently developed copper mold differential pressure casting equipment,the CNTs-Mg-based amorphous composite materials was prepared.The composite matrix remains amorphous form identified by XRD.Its micro-structure,compression,fracture toughness and fracture surface were also analyzed.The results show that,CNTs presents good combination with amorphous matrix,no obvious damage to the glass-forming ability and thermal stability were found.The addition of CNTs improved strength and fracture toughness of amorphous matrix.Compared with pure amorphous alloy,its tensile strength increased by 24%,and fracture toughness increased by 35%;many dimple structure appear in the fracture.
