摘要 采用表面解吸常压化学电离(SDAPCI)质谱法,在无需复杂样品预处理的情况下,建立直接、快速的宠物食品中三聚氰胺测定方法,并用串联质谱对测定结果进行鉴定。采用手动进样,单个样品获取信息时间少于30 s,对狗咬胶样品中三聚氰胺的回收率为89.2%~113.1%;相对标准偏差(RSD)在7.4%~9.5%之间;检出限为3.05μg/kg。应用本方法对A、B、C、D、E、F六种狗咬胶样品进行测定,测得三聚氰胺含量分别为25.4、17.3、148.4、130.6、10493.9、1168.0μg/kg,六种狗咬胶样品中三聚氰胺信号强度的相对标准偏差在4.7%~12.6%之间。本方法无需复杂的样品预处理,分析速度快,灵敏度高,在检测复杂基体样品时,特异性强,适用于批量样品的快速检测。 A novel method was developed for direct and rapid detection of trace amounts of melamine in pet foods based on surface desorption atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry(SDAPC I-MS) without complicated sample pretreatment.Taking the advantages of multiple-stage tandem MS capability of an ion trap mass analyzer,all the m/z signals detected from dog chewing foods were simultaneously identified using the characteristic fragments of melamine,which result in confident validation of the analytical results.The average time for a single sample analysis was less than 30 seconds;the speed was largely determined by the sample loading which took about 28 s for each manual delivery.The recoveries were 89.2%~113.1%,and the relative standard deviations were 7.4%~9.5%.The limit of detection of melamine in pet foods was 3.05 μg/kg.The concentrations of melamine in six dog chewing foods,which are labelled A,B,C,D,E and F,are 25.4,17.3,148.4,130.6,10493.9,1168.0μg/kg by the developed method.The relative standard deviations of melamine's signal intensity were 4.7 %~12.6%.This method has the advantages of without complicated sample pretreatment,fast analysis speed,high sensitivity and specificity.Taking together SDAPCI-MSn is a powerful tool for rapid,semi-quantitative detection method for melamine analysis in pet foods.
