摘要
针对大型装备面向订单设计(ETO)生产过程的复杂性和不确定性,分析了装备制造企业生产过程计划与控制的特点与要求,提出面向项目制造的分级生产计划管理模型,实现项目计划与生产过程物料管理的集成。通过构建基于装配单元的复杂产品装配网络图,反映复杂产品的完整装配过程,满足装备产品多层次、多阶段生产过程的需求,结合倒排和顺排计划方式的产品总装的项目主计划,为合理预测和安排装配提前期、控制零/部件进装成套性提供计划指导。面向项目制造的生产计划模式实现大型机械装备产品设计、生产准备和产品制造等多个过程的协同管理。以产品项目为对象提高生产过程计划和控制的整体统筹性。
To aim at the complexity and uncertainty of Engineering to Order (ETO) production for large-sized mechanical equipments,analyses the characteristics and demands of production planning and control for large-sized mechanical equipments and proposes the management model of hierarchical production of projected-based manufacturing that can achieve the integration between project planning and material management in production process. Through forming products assembly network chart based on assembly cell, the whole assembling process of complex products may be reflected, so as to satisfy the requirements of muhilay- er and muh!stage production. At the same time project master planning provides reference for the calculation and scheduling of assembly lead-time and for the control of complete set of parts to join by the means of back and forward scheduling. Planning mode of project-based manufacturing realizes the collaborative management of product design, production arrangement and product manufacturing for large-sized mechanical equipments, furthermore increases the overall arrangement of production planning for projectbased product objects.
