苎麻增强不饱和聚酯复合材料的力学性能 被引量:5

Mechanical properties of ramie reinforced unsaturated polyester composite materials

摘要 分别以苎麻原麻和碱处理的原麻(碱麻)为增强体,KH550为偶联剂,制备了苎麻增强不饱和聚酯复合材料.探讨了偶联剂用量和纤维含量对复合材料力学性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的断面进行了观察.实验结果表明,复合材料的力学性能得到了较大的提高.原麻/不饱和聚酯复合材料的拉伸强度达132.6MPa,弯曲强度达364.6MPa;碱麻/不饱和聚酯复合材料拉伸强度达116.5MPa,弯曲强度达297.7MPa. Taking raw ramie and Alkali treated raw ramie as reinforced material, KH550 as coupling agent, themechanical properties of ramie fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin composite materials is prepared. The effects of coupling agent dosage and fiber content on the mechanical properties of ramie reinforced unsaturated polyester composite materials are studied. The fracture surface of composite materials is analyzed by SEM. The experiment results show that the mechanical properties of composite materials is improved. The tensile strength and bending strength of raw ramie reinforced unsaturated polyester resin composite materials are 132. 6MPa and 364. 6MPa. The tensile strength and bending strength of Alkali treated ramie reinforced unsaturated polyester resin composite materials are 116. 5MPa and 297.7MPa.
