摘要
以汽车线槽为研究对象,针对注射成形过程中浇口在塑件上的位置,利用Moldflow软件对不同浇口位置进行流动模拟分析,预测不同浇口位置在成型塑件时可能存在的缺陷,以优化浇口位置和浇口数量。
The gate location of an injection mould for an automobile line slot was studied. The simulation analysis of flow process with various gate locations was carried out by using Moldflow software, in which different defects were predicted.
