摘要
作者应用分离分析和多基因遗传方法,对80例高发的精神分裂症作了遗传模式的研究。结果表明高发的精神分裂症不适合于单基因遗传模式,而是一种多基因疾病。这类分裂症的平均遗传率为130±4%。因此,本资料提示了有一个显性主基因参于精神分裂症的病因中。
Using segregation analysis and polygenic genetic methods we studies the mode of genetic transmission in 80 high density families with schizophrenia. The result has shown that schizophrenia is not applicable to single gene transmission mode. It is a polygenic disease. The mean heritability value for schizophrenia is 130±4%. Therefore, the data suggested that a major dominant gene should contribute significantly to schizophrenia.
