前列腺癌患者血浆TGF-β1水平变化及临床意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察前列腺癌患者血浆转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的变化,探讨其与前列腺癌骨转移的关系。方法用ELISA法测定38例前列腺癌患者(17例为前列腺癌骨转移患者,21例为前列腺癌无转移患者)血浆中的TGF-β1水平,并以20例良性前列腺增生症患者作对照。结果无转移前列腺癌患者血浆TGF-β1水平为(5.06±1.47)ng/ml,与前列腺癌骨转移患者的(7.05±2.15)ng/ml相比,P<0.01,与前列腺增生症患者的(5.02±1.59)ng/ml相比,P>0.05。结论前列腺癌骨转移患者的血浆TGF-β1升高,检测前列腺癌患者血浆TGF-β1水平有助于肿瘤骨转移的诊断。
