摘要
通过在OCC废纸浆抄造中加填污泥,探索纸张的物理性能、纸张灰分含量及白水的变化。结果表明:随着污泥量的增加,成纸的抗张指数、耐破指数、环压指数急剧下降,在达到纸张强度要求下,添加污泥后再对纸张进行单面施胶,可使向浆料中加入的污泥达到纸浆干重的6%。纸张的灰分随着加填污泥量的增大而增加,抄造过程中网下白水的浓度也会逐渐变大。
The dewatered sludge from the papermaking process was added into the OCC pulp, in order to explore the effect of physical properties of paper, the ash content and the concentration of the white water. rough the experiment, the results showed that tensile, burst, ring crush index of the paper drop sharply with the amount of the sludge increasing. On the condition that strength of the paper became well, sized the paper to one side after adding sludge, the most number of the added sludge can reach 6% of the dry weight of pulp. Ash also is increased when the sludge is increased, while white water concentration under the wire will gradually become larger.
