摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌术后留置腋下引流管预防感染的措施。方法对280例留置腋下引流管预防感染的方法、时间、发生相关性进行观察。结果保持引流管通畅乳腺癌根治术后双管负压引流,促进皮瓣黏附,预防感染及皮肤坏死;280例患者留置腋下引流管中有2例发生皮下积液,延期愈合。结论留置腋下引流管导致感染的原因,包括手术方式、术后活动、留置时间长短及患者自身因素等,严格的护理操作规程是避免发生感染的重要因素。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the preventive measures for the infections due to underarm drainage tube after breast cancer surgery. METHODS The countermeasures,time of occurrence and the related factors for the infections in 280 patients underwent the underarm drainage tube were observed. RESULTS To keep the drainage tube unobstructed,double-tube vacuum drainage was performed after radical mastectomy to promote the flap adhesion and prevent the infection and skin necrosis;2 cases of 280 cases underwent underarm drainage tube occurred subcutaneous fluid,and the healing was delayed. CONCLUSION The causes for the infection due to underarm drainage tube include the surgery method,postoperative activity,the length of indwelling time and the patients＇ factors of their own,the strict nursing procedure is the key to prevent the infection.
