摘要
目的了解我院口服降糖药的使用情况和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2009至2010年口服降糖药的销售金额,用药频度(DDDs),每日药费(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果药品金额排名前三位的是格列美脲,二甲双胍,瑞格列奈;用药频度(DDDs)前三位的是2009年为格列美脲,二甲双胍,格列奇特;2010年为格列美脲,格列吡嗪,二甲双胍。结论格列美脲,格列吡嗪,二甲双胍在我院应用广泛,价格合理,是我院口服降糖药的首选药品。
Objective To understand the use condition and development trend of oral hypoglycemic agents in this hospital in order to provide a reference for rational medication in clinical. Methods The data of oral hypoglycemic agents in this hospital,including sales,medication frequency（DDDs） and daily cost（DDC）,were statistically analyzed during 2009~2010. Results The top three of drugs sales were glimepiride,metformin,repaglinide;DDDs for the top three in 2009,glimepiride,metformin,Gliclazide;2010 as glimepiride,glipizide,metformin. Conclusion Glimepiride,glipizide,metformin are widely used in this hospital,the prices of which are reasonable,and are top choice of drugs oral hypoglycemic agents in this hospital.
