延髓腹侧支气管源性囊肿一例

摘要 病例资料患者，男，51岁，因阵发性头痛半年余，加重半个月余人院。头痛呈阵发性胀痛，每次持续2～3min，每日1～2次，无恶心、呕吐，无头晕、晕厥。体格检查无异常。头颅cT平扫示延髓前方占位。MRI诊断延髓前方占位，考虑皮样囊肿可能（图1）。临床诊断：延髓腹侧皮样囊肿。病理诊断：延髓腹侧支气管源性囊肿（图1e、f）。
