摘要
[目的]探讨核盘菌致病性测定的方法。[方法]研究了菌丝圆片活体叶片接种法、菌丝圆片离体叶片接种法、菌丝圆片活体茎杆接种法和带菌牙签活体茎杆接种法4种方法(9种处理)对核盘菌致病性测定结果的影响。[结果]各方法(处理)都能根据病斑大小区分出菌株间致病性的差异,但用菌丝圆片在离体叶片上不穿刺接种是最为简便易行、快速可靠的测定方法。[结论]为菌核病的防治及抗病品种的选育提供了理论依据。
[Objective] Determination methods of the aggressiveness of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were explored.[Method] Effects of 4 methods(9 treatments) like in vivo leaf inoculation method with mycelial wafer,in vitro leaf inoculation method with mycelial wafer,in vivo stem inoculation method with mycelial wafer and the in vivo stem inoculation method with mycelial toothpick on the aggressiveness determination of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were studied.[Result] All the 4 methods could distinguish the difference in aggressiveness of S.sclerotiorum,among which the in vivo leaf inoculation method with mycelial wafer without puncture was the most simple,rapid and accurate inoculation method for the aggressiveness test of S.sclerotiorum.[Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for the control of sclerotinia stem rot and the breeding of resistant varieties.
