摘要
"公司+基地+农户"的生产经营模式是以技术先进、资金雄厚的农业公司为龙头,利用基地的作用把分散的农户集中起来,最终以合约的形式把农户和公司结合在一起。"公司+基地+农户"生产经营模式使农户实现了订单农业生产,一方面改变了农户长期以来靠天吃饭的生产方式,极大地降低了农户生产的风险,使农户的收入得到了保障;同时使原来分散的农户集中起来,有利于扩大生产规模,降低生产成本,实现产业化发展。对"公司+基地+农户"生产经营模式产生的原因、该模式的运行方式以及目前存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了一些政策建议。
The production model of ＂company ＋ base ＋ farmer＂ was based on a leading company with advanced technology and good financial condition.The base put the farmers together,and a contract combined the farmers and company finally.＂company ＋ base ＋ farmer＂ model enabled farmers to achieve the ＂contract farming＂ production,so as to change the farmers’ production way which had long been dependent on weather,greatly reduced the risk of household production and guaranteed the income of farmers.By putting the farmers together,the model could expand production scale,reduce production costs and achieve industrial development.The reason for existence,operation mechanisms and existing problems of this model were analyzed,and some policy recommendations were made
