Clinical Observation of Dermesis Emulsion Combined with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream for the Treatment of Chronic Eczema

摘要目的观察迪敏施乳液联合丁酸氢化可的松(尤卓尔)治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效方法 120例慢性湿疹患者随机分成A、B、C、D四组,分别给予丁酸氢化可的松加迪敏施、丁酸氢化可的松加尿素乳膏、迪敏施单用、丁酸氢化可的松单用外涂治疗,3周后观察临床疗效结果有效率A组为90.0%,B组为70.00%,C组为66.67%,D组为53.33%,A组与B、C、D组疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05) 结论迪敏施乳液联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效优于丁酸氢化可的松联合尿素乳膏及丁酸氢化可的松、迪敏施单用,迪敏施乳膏可增强外用糖皮质激素的疗效,值得临床应用。 Objective To observe the efficacy of Dermesis emulsion combined with Hydrocortisone Butyrate cream for the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 120 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into four groups（A,B,C and D）.Patients in these four groups were separately given Dermesis emulsion combined with Hydrocortisone Butyrate cream,Hydrocortisone Butyrate cream combined with urea cream,Dermesis emulsion alone,and Hydrocortisone Butyrate cream alone.After three weeks＇ treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed.Results The total effective rate of group A was 90.0%,group B was 70.00%,group C was 66.67%,and group D was 53.33%.Compared group A with group B,C and D,the difference of effect was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Dermesis emulsion combined with Hydrocortisone Butyrate cream for chronic eczema is better than using the two preparations separately.And Dermesis emulsion can enhance the efficacy of topical corticosteroids,therefore this method is worthwhile to be clinically applied more extensively.
