摘要
模具的质量不仅关系到生产制品的质量和性能,而且直接影响到制造成本和效率,所以模具失效分析和改性技术应当从系统工程角度来分析。在对模具服役环境和特点分析的基础上,对模具包括冷作模具、热作模具和塑料模具的工作状态和主要失效模式进行分析,并从可靠性角度对模具产品可靠性体系的分类、特征量、评价指标等方面进行了探讨。
The quality of die and mould affects not only the quality and performance of the products but the production cost and efficiency,so the failure analysis method for die and mould should be considered from the point of system engineering.The working state and main failure modes of the cold working,hot working and plastic die and mould were analyzed,based on the analysis of service environment and characteristics of the die and mould.The reliability system classifying,reliability characteristic parameters and reliability evaluation index of the die products were discussed from the point of the reliability.
