摘要
以含Ru极板或Ti极板为阳极,不锈钢板为阴极,加入γ-Al2O3或活性炭负载Ni,Cu,Sr催化剂,在电流密度为2 mA/cm2,极板间距为2 cm的条件下,采用电催化氧化法处理丁腈橡胶废水[化学需氧量(COD)为900 mg/L,pH值为7~8]。结果表明,含Ru极板能耗较Ti极板低;当γ-Al2O3负载Ni催化剂用量为6 g时,丁腈橡胶废水的COD去除率可提高约10个百分点。
Nitrile rubber wastewater with chemical oxygen demand(COD) 900mg/L and pH value 7-8 was treated by electro-catalytic oxidation method using Ru or Ti electrode as anode,stainless steel plate as cathode,in the presence of alumina or activated carbon supported Ni,Cu,Sr catalysts under the condition of electric current density 2 mA/cm^2 and the plate spacing 2cm.The results showed that the energy consumption of Ru electrode was less than that of Ti electrode.COD removal rate of nitrile rubber wastewater increased by more than 10 percent points when the level of γ-Al2O3 supported Ni catalyst was 6 g.
