摘要
以La2O3和KBH4为原材料,用微波低温固相法合成LaB6纳米粉末。采用XRD衍射、Raman散射、扫描电镜和透射电镜对合成产物组织结构和分子振动进行表征。对添加LaB6纳米颗粒的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)隔热透明涂层透光特性进行测试。研究结果表明:低温固相合成的LaB6结构与其他方法制备的LaB6结构相同,颗粒形状为类球形,其粒径在20~60 nm之间;含纳米LaB6颗粒的涂层对近红外辐射有明显的阻隔作用,在可见光区有良好的透过率;当添加纳米LaB6的质量分数为0.05%时,PVB涂层在可见过光区的透过率可达79%左右,在近红外光区的透过率只有46%。
Nanoparticles of lanthanum hexaboride(LaB6) were prepared by microwave radiated low-temperature solid-state reaction using La2O3 and KBH4 as starting materials.The microstructure and molecular vibration of LaB6 nanoparticles were characterized by XRD,Raman spectra,SEM and TEM.Samples with a LaB6 nanoparticle–doped polyvinyl butyral blends were tested for their performances in the reduction of solar heat gain.The results show that the structure of LaB6 synthesized by microwave radiated low-temperature solid-state reaction is consistent with LaB6 synthesized by other methods.The particles are spheres-like and the grain size is 20?60 nm.PVB sheet containing LaB6 nanoparticles can obviously block near infrared radiation and has good transmittance at visible light zone.When the mass ration of LaB6 and PVB is 0.05%,the transmittance is up to about 79% at visible light zone and only 46% at near infrared light zone.
