切开旷置术结合垫压法与传统切开挂线术治疗高位复杂肛瘘的对比研究 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨切开旷置术结合垫压法对比传统切开挂线法，对治疗高位复杂肛瘘的优势性。方法将60例高位复杂性肛瘘患者分为治疗组和对照组。术前采用肛管内彩超、磁共振完善诊断。治疗组采用切开旷置结合垫压法，对照组采用切开挂线法，比较两组患者术后疼痛、渗出、发热等不适症状，评价切开旷置结合垫压法的优势性。结果两组在术后疼痛、渗血、发热等术后不适症状上差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论切开旷置结合垫压法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘，在有效性及安全性方面具有较好的优势，而且能大大降低患者的痛苦，能实现以患者为本的医疗理念。
