基于ARM7的重介参数自动调节系统的设计

摘要 针对选煤厂重介工艺参数自动调节系统实时动态监控的需要,本文介绍一种基于ARM7嵌入式微处理器的重介工艺参数自动调节系统。以LPC2119为核心,采用PID控制算法,并用密度计和磁性物含量计分别对合格介质的密度和粘度进行实时在线检测和控制。软件设计中详细介绍了重介参数的控制方案,并有效的将LPC2119强大的管理功能和CAN总线的优点结合起来,使得通信部分能有效的将数据发送至选煤厂集控室。试验结果表明:系统控制精度高、操作简单、实时性好。 This paper recommend a heavy medium parameter automatic adjustment system for the need of coal preparation plant heavy medium processing parameters automatic adjustment system real-time dynamic monitoring. LPC2119 as the core, using PID control algorithm, and using the density meter and magnetic materials content meter respectively monitor and control in real-time online to medium density and viscosity of qualified. In software design introduce the control scheme of heavy medium parameter, combining the powerful management of LPC2119 and the advantages of CAN BUS. It makes the communication part can effectively send data to the coal preparation plant control room. The experiment results show that this system has features with high precision, simple operation and real time.
