摘要
目的探讨犬在体脑组织灌流实验技术的应用价值。方法 6只杂种犬随机分为两组:灌流组4只犬,麻醉后经心脏先后灌注生理盐水及4%多聚甲醛;对照组2只犬,直接麻醉处死作为对照。均即刻取出脑组织,4%多聚甲醛固定7d后行磁共振T2加权成像(T2WI)及磁敏感加权成像(SWI)扫描。结果灌流组全部采用该技术灌流成功。与对照组比较,灌流组犬脑组织发白、质地变韧,磁共振扫描T2WI及SWI扫描图像伪影明显减少,图像分辨率高。结论犬在体脑组织灌流技术简单可行,效果确切,能够满足后续离体脑组织MRI及病理切片研究需要。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and stability of an in vivo brain perfusion technique in the experiment of cerebral infarction in dogs.Methods Six dogs were divided into two groups of A(4 dogs,treated with in vivo perfusion with normal saline and 4% paraformaldehyde under anesthesia) and B(2 dogs,without in vivo perfusion as the control).The brain tissues of dogs were taken out immediately after anaesthesia,which were immersed in 4% para formaldehyde and MR scanning was performed 7 days later.Results In vivo perfusion was successful in all 4 dogs in group A.Compared with group B,the brain tissues of dogs in group A were pallor in coulor and tenacious.The MR images of the brain tissues of dogs in group A had less artifacts and higher resolution than those in group B.Conclusion The in vivo brain perfusion technique is simple,feasible and effective for the experiment of cerebral infarction in dogs,which may fulfil the needs for the pathological and MR study of brain tissue slice.
