摘要
目的:观察物理因子治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法:将56例周围性面瘫患者随机分为对照组(只接受常规内科药物治疗)与治疗组(常规内科药物治疗+物理因子治疗),在治疗前后分别进行简易面神经评定表和瞬目反射(BR)诱发电位检查,以进行效果评价。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者简易面神经评定分数均有所提高(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,两组患者在治疗后,其BR检测的R1、R2及R2′波幅均有明显升高(P<0.01);潜伏期的改善在物理因子治疗组中具有显著性差异(P<0.05);其中物理因子治疗组比对照组R1、R2潜伏期缩短更明显(P<0.05)。结论:物理因子治疗对周围性面瘫患者具有较好效果。
Objective： To observe the effect of physiotherapy on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：Fifty-six cases of peripheral facial paralysis were divided into control group（receiving regular neurology medicine treatment） and treatment group（receiving regular neurology medicine treatment ＋ physiotherapy）.We evaluated the effect by brief facial nerve rating scale and Blink Reflex（BR） evoked potentials before and after treatment.Results：After 4-week treatment,the brief facial nerve rating scales in both groups were improved（P0.01）,with a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group（P0.05）.Meanwhile,after the treatment,the amplitude of R1,R2 and R2′ in Blink Reflex（BR） evoked potentials in the both groups was enhanced（P0.01）,and the latency of R1,R2 and R2′in Blink Reflex（BR） evoked potentials showed obvious change in the treatment group（P0.05）.And the latency of R1 and R2 was significantly shortened in the treatment group compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The physiotherapy has a remarkable effect on peripheral facial paralysis.
