摘要
在目前利用常规育种手段提高小豆抗病性效果受到一定限制的前提下,通过生物技术手段特别是组织培养和目的基因的遗传转化,是创新育种材料,获得超常规突变体的有效方法。为此,本研究建立了小豆上胚轴离体培养植株再生体系;构建了抗病基因VaPR3的植物过量表达载体,利用农杆菌介导法将VaPR3基因导入受体小豆材料,并获得阳性转基因小豆植株。为利用转基因技术对小豆的抗病毒病能力进行遗传改良提供了新途径。
In present,increase in legume resistance to pests and diseases has been severely restricted through conventional ways.Biotechnology,tissue culture and genetic transformation of target genes is an innovative breeding method to obtain super-normal mutant materials.To establish adzuki bean tissue regeneration and genetic transformation system using epicotyl,the over-expression vector was constructed.VaPR3 gene was transformed into acceptor adzuki bean material through agrobacterium mediation.Positive transgenic adzuki bean plants were obtained.
