摘要
由生物质高温厌氧热解制备的生物质炭作为一种高效多功能的土壤改良物质近年来逐渐受到关注,生物质炭施入土壤对农药等污染物的吸附隔离可有效降低农药的生物有效性和移动性。为探讨生物质炭对农药吸附的时间动态过程及其对解吸行为的影响,采用室内模拟试验,测定农药敌草隆在添加不同含量生物质炭的土壤中的吸附量随吸附时间延长的动态变化过程,并比较其对农药解吸行为的影响。结果表明:土壤中添加少量生物质炭可增强其对农药的吸附作用,且土壤生物质炭含量越高,对农药的吸附作用越强;土壤对农药的吸附量随吸附接触时间延长而逐渐增加,而且添加生物质炭含量越高,土壤对敌草隆的吸附量随时间延长增加得越多。解吸试验结果表明,土壤中生物质炭含量越高,吸附接触时间越长,农药越难被解吸,当土壤中生物质炭的添加量为1.0%,吸附56 d时敌草隆的解吸率仅为1.81%。
The tremendous environmental and agricultural benefit of soil application of biochar is increasingly attracting the attention of policy makers and great interests of scientific communities all around the world in recent years.Amending of soil with biochar has also been proved to be extremely effective in sorption and sequestration of pesticides,which would result in low bioavailability of these pesticides.To assess the impact of contact time on the sorption-desorption of diuron in biochar amended soil,the amount of diuron sorbed as well as the desorption behavior of diuron as a function of contact time was investigated.The results showed that the sorption capacity of the soil amended with biochar progressively increased with the increasing rate of biochar amendment.Longer sorption contact period increased the amount of diuron sorbed by the biochar.The more the amount of biochar applied,the higher the slow sorption.The result of desorption experiment showed that there was a clear increase of non-desorbable diuron as the contact time extended and content of biochar in soil was increased.When soil was amended with 1.0% biochar for 56 d,the desorption rate for diuron was only 1.81%.
