摘要
[目的]验证"新土佐"和"壮士"2个南瓜砧木品种与海南目前种植面积最大的主栽厚皮甜瓜品种"昭君1号"的嫁接栽培效果。[方法]试验设3个处理:处理①为新土佐(砧木)+昭君1号(接穗);处理②为壮士(砧木)+昭君1号(接穗);处理③(CK)为"昭君1号"实生苗。每个处理3次重复,随机区组排列。[结果]嫁接植株根系发达,吸水肥能力强,高抗枯萎病,增产效果极显著。其中"壮士"砧木嫁接"昭君1号"甜瓜后增产率达42.78%,"新土佐"砧木增产率也达36.33%;且果面覆网较实生苗均匀美观。[结论]采用南瓜砧木"新土佐"和"壮士"嫁接可作为解决甜瓜连作栽培障碍的技术措施之一。
[Objective] Verify the effect of "NewTuzuo" and "Zhuangshi" two pumpkin rootstock varieties graft with the largest acreage muskmelon cuhivars "Zhaojun No.l". [Method[ There were 3 treatments, treatment ① was "NewYuzuo" (rootstock) +"Zhaojun No.l" (scion), treatment ② was "Zhuangshi" (rootstock) +"Zhaojun No.l" (scion), treatment ③ (CK) was the "Zhaojun No.l" seedling. Each treatment had 3 repeats, randomized block design. [Result] Grafted plants developed more root system with high water fertilizer ability and also high resistance to Fusarium wilt, yield increased significantly. The yield of "Zhuangshi" rootstock graft to "Zhaojun No.l" increased 42.78% and the "NewTuzuo" stock increased with 36.33%. The fruit of them had better uniform appearance surface of mesh compared with none grafted one. [Conclusion] Graft with the "NewTuzuo"and "Zhuangshi", "Zhaojun No. 1" could improve absorbent capacity, yield and disease resistance. It could be serve as a solution of cropping obstacle on melon.
