摘要
目的:对比研究狗脊炮制前后,化学成分变化较大的正丁醇提取物的抗氧化作用差异。方法:采用对氧自由基、H2O2、羟自由基等3种自由基反应体系,平行考察狗脊炮制前后清除自由基能力变化。结果:生狗脊和烫狗脊均具有清除自由基能力,但烫狗脊清除自由基作用强于生狗脊。结论:狗脊砂烫后抗氧化作用增强与炮制后化学成分变化有关。
Objective:To investigate the antioxidation of n-butanol extract of the processed and raw Cibotium barometz.Method: The antioxidation of Cibotium barometz.and its processed products were comparatively analyzed by three free radical fraction systems.Result:Cibotium baronetz.and its baked products all showed antioxidation and the antioxidation of processed Cibotium baronetz.was stronger than that of Cibotium barometz.Conclusion: The antioxidation of Cibotium baronetz.Enhanced after baked with hot sand.,which was correlated with processing.
