摘要
目的:对比研究狗脊炮制前后,化学成分变化较大的正丁醇提取物的抗氧化作用差异。方法:采用对氧自由基、H2O2、羟自由基等3种自由基反应体系,平行考察狗脊炮制前后清除自由基能力变化。结果:生狗脊和烫狗脊均具有清除自由基能力,但烫狗脊清除自由基作用强于生狗脊。结论:狗脊砂烫后抗氧化作用增强与炮制后化学成分变化有关。
Objective：To investigate the antioxidation of n-butanol extract of the processed and raw Cibotium barometz.Method： The antioxidation of Cibotium barometz.and its processed products were comparatively analyzed by three free radical fraction systems.Result：Cibotium baronetz.and its baked products all showed antioxidation and the antioxidation of processed Cibotium baronetz.was stronger than that of Cibotium barometz.Conclusion： The antioxidation of Cibotium baronetz.Enhanced after baked with hot sand.,which was correlated with processing.
