摘要
目的:了解医院围手术期患者抗菌药物预防性应用情况,为临床合理用药和科学管理提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对医院2010年1—6月226例围手术期符合预防性应用抗菌药物患者的用药情况进行统计、分析。结果:226例围手术期患者抗菌药物预防性应用率达100%,涉及7类14个品种。不合理用药主要表现为无指征用药占31.86%,用药时机不当占64.16%,术后用药时间过长占69.91%,药物选择起点偏高占48.23%,无指征联合用药占40.22%。结论:医院围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在不合理情况,亟待采取相关措施加以干预。
Objective： To provide evidences for clinical rational use and scientific management of the antibacterials through in-vestigating the preventive application of antibacterials In perioperative period. Methods： In retrospective survey, The prophylactic use of antibacterials in 226 patients in the hospital from January to June in 2010 was analyzed statistically. Results ： The prophylactic perioperative application rate of antibacterials reached to 100% ,7 categories and 14 kinds of antibacterials were used. Irrational drug use was no indication for the drug mainly accounted for 31.86%, medication time was not properly account for 64.16%, Long time after treatment accounted for 69.91%, drug selection accounted for 48.23 % point higher, no indication in combination accounted for 40.22%. Conclusion： The prophylactic use of antibacterials during perioperative period in the hospital is far from rational and must be standardized.
